The Exposure Media Hub Enterprise provides advertising, promotional, media, marketing, brand visibility, and related creative services. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and costs will depend on the agreement reached with each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approved advertising materials, logos, images, text, and other content required to deliver their requested services. Clients must ensure that materials supplied to us do not infringe the rights of third parties or violate applicable laws.

4. Advertising Content

We reserve the right to decline, modify, suspend, or remove advertising content that is misleading, unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our service standards or applicable advertising requirements.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices and payment terms will be communicated to the client before a service is provided. Where advance payment is required, work may begin only after the agreed payment has been received. Additional work or changes outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

6. Approvals and Revisions

Clients may be required to review and approve advertising materials before publication or delivery. Once content has been approved, The Exposure Media Hub Enterprise may not be responsible for errors or changes that were already visible and approved by the client.

7. Timelines

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by delays in receiving client information, approvals, payments, third-party platforms, media providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of original materials they provide to us, subject to the rights of any third parties. Unless otherwise agreed, creative materials produced by The Exposure Media Hub Enterprise remain subject to our intellectual property rights until applicable fees have been fully paid.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Some advertising services may involve third-party platforms, websites, social media networks, publishers, or advertising networks. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, outages, policies, or decisions made independently by those third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, we do not guarantee specific sales, leads, revenue, audience growth, or other business results from advertising campaigns, as results may depend on factors outside our control.

11. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be communicated as soon as possible. Where work has already commenced or expenses have been incurred on behalf of the client, applicable charges may remain payable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will apply from the date they are published or communicated.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Nigeria.
